update manager crashed cant load any software

Error:

not sure how to fix this here is the sources list tried to change this in a text editor and re save but Ubuntu wouldn't allow me to save it I'm pretty new at linux so I might not be doing things right. these 2 lines might be the problem I don't know. I downloaded this program. the program was working now it isn't not sure what went wrong.
