Bug Description
Binary package hint: hotkey-setup
The dell M1330 has devices on the other side of the uinput driver. In particular, the fingerprint reader. It would be good if hotkey-setup would run the modprobe for Dell as it does for Thinkpads.

hotkey-setup is going away, a better way to do this would be via a udev rule. Please test on Ubuntu 9.04. If it's still necessary, open up another bug against udev.
