can't run newly downloads because some files don't get downloaded

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

archive manager. All files get downloaded ok except one. "can't continue" because of missing file. I also am using firefox with no-script addon. Many thanks, Rich....If you want, you can call me at: 800 369 7091.
