Bug Description
It happens everywhere, when I try to download some file in firefox, if I try to run something with gksudo.
On a side note I have seen the same issues back in the gutsy testing times, It started like this and after reboot I could no longer use apt or dpkg to name a few.
I don't know how to debug or backtrace this.
