Bug Description

Trying to use uvtool to create a KVM instance with Trusty kernel on a ppc64le system will fail with:

uvt-kvm: error: libvirt: internal error: no supported architecture for os type 'hvm'

It looks like this might be related to bug 1452016, there is no ppc64le specific template available on Trusty.

A simple copy-and-paste to create a template from Bionic still can't make this work.

BTW, there is no /dev/kvm on Trusty ppc64le
