Bug Description

Hello,

When testing this brand new functionality of announcement on the project page, I discovered that the modification of an announcement, is not working properly.

When trying to modify an announcement, one might wait for the html form to be filled with the previous announcement, which is not the case. One has to write the whole announcement again.

I have the same comment: One has to write the whole announcement again.

I think the previous comments should keep in the form fields and the application lets that you can modify them.
