Bug Description

[Impact]
We enabled ThunderX2 vendor events in LP: #1747523. That was sufficient for A2 silicon, but needs an update to recognize B0 silicon.

[Test Case]
Successful output on ThunderX2 B0 silicon:
$ sudo perf list | grep thunderx2
thunderx2 imp def:
$

[Regression Risk]
This teaches existing code about a new SoC, which should mitigate regressions for all other platforms.
