Bug Description

Test Case
=========
From a clean Ubuntu 18.04 install,

1. Install gnome-initial-setup
2. Log out then log back in.
3. Complete the Welcome to Ubuntu wizard, making sure to enable Livepatch.
4. Afterwards, run the Software & Updates app (software-properties-gtk).
5. Switch to the Updates tab.

The page says "To use Livepatch you need to sign in."

Workaround
==========
Click Sign In and then click your Ubuntu One account to get Software & Updates to correctly recognize your account.

Screenshot attached. (Sorry about the blue colors; that should be fixed in mutter 3.28.1 available in Ubuntu 18.04 "soon".)
