Optional hostname for AuthenticationConfig

Bug Description

  affects bzr

bzr-svn usually only knows the authentication realm and not the host
name. It would be nice if AuthenticationConfig could cope with this and
show a prompt like:

<SCHEME> Password for <USER> in <REALM>:

rather than:

<SCHEME> Password for <USER>@None:

like it does now.

I don't understand how you will connect to a host without knowing it, more info ?

You can give AuthenticationConfig.get_user() and AuthenticationConfig.get_password() your own prompt, isn't that enough ? If not why ? (I'm ready to reconsider realm handling if the choices regarding it where wrong).

Funny typo...

"regarding it where wrong"

I meant both "were wrong" and "where they were wrong" ;)
