Bug Description

The current package is binary-incompatible (will e.g. not resolve python types properly due to different boost_python lib version) with the rest of bionic archive, it links against non-default libboost_python1.62 (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/bionic/amd64/python3-minieigen/0.50.3+dfsg1-5build4) and was last updated last year.
