Bug Description

If you fill in an PDF using Evince and you want to print it, it prints garbage to pdf and the same on paper.
Sorry for my wording, but I dont know how I should describe it in another way.

I have uploaded the print I did yesterday. I hope you can fix it.

Sorry that I answere so late.

I tried it with hardy and it is the same. But I think it happends when you enter a text that is longer than one line. So for example on page 7 in the right box. The first line is correct and the second everytime gets garbage.

So if you fill in:

testcompany
teststreet
testtown

You get the file attached.

Any idea?

I got Gutsy Gibbon (updated) and have probably the same problem with printing PDF forms with Evince. The attached file here is a screen shot of the original form as I see it on my screen as I fill in. I've added the yellow so you can see what is the data i've written. I attach the screen shot of the print preview in the next comment as the comment seems to take just one attachment.

Here's the screen shot of the print preview, and this is how it actually prints.

I have a similar problem. My exported from Open Office document looks fine in Evince upon opening. However, when I print or print preview it, I see garbage. Files are attached, see if you can reproduce it.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Intrepid Ibex. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.

Hello,

I've downloaded Poisson Statistics Lab (copy).pdf and printed it again. I don't have this problem anymore. Both printing and previewing produces good results.
