Booking: Cannot find patron for picked-up reservations

Using the Bookings module, once the patron's reservation has been picked up, there is no way to track the patron that has it when viewing the item in either the web or xul client. The patron can be found via a report, but there should be a way to get the patron information immediately in the client.

Steps to follow:

- Booking -> Create Reservations
- Create a reservation for a patron on any item
- Booking -> Capture Resources
- Enter the barcode to capture the resource
- Booking -> Pick Up Reservations
- Enter the patron barcode
- Click "Pick up" to pick up the reservation

The item gets the status Checked out, but there is no patron information for the booking in circulation history and no way to view the patron that has the item without returning the reservation.
