Bug Description
Evergreen: Master
OpenSRF: Master
Websockets: jchampio's apache-websocket
PostgreSQL: 9.5.13-
Browser: Firefox 60.0.2 for Ubuntu 18.04
and Chromium 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 18.04 (64-bit)
Doing some testing of certain features today and when I try to edit item attributes from item status, the Vol/Copy Editor tab usually comes up empty. I am using the Concerto data set. Evergreen and other services are running on a VM on the laptop from which I am using the browser.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as cataloger br1bbrown with workstation registered at BR1.
2. Go to Item Status on the circulation menu.
3. Enter 1 or more barcodes into the interface. I have entered CONC4400088 and CONC4000038.
4. Select 1 row from the list view.
5. Select Edit->Items from the Actions drop down.
6. Sometimes (rarely) the resulting tab has the information for the selected copy, but most of the time the fields have been empty for me.
The data appears after a reload of the Vol/Copy Editor tab in Firefox, but not on Chromium.
There appear to be no relevant errors in the console log for either browser.
I can find no relevant errors in the osrf or gateway logs, either.

I was unable to replicate this. I used the same Concerto account and first tried copies belonging to BR1. I thought it might be a permissions issue and also followed the same steps for some BR3 copies without any trouble.
My testing was done on a system with master as of 6/14/18 and the lp1478712- acq-rollover- by-org branch.
Chrome 67.0 and Firefox 60.0.1
