Preference for disabling undo to save memory when editing very large images

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gimp

Please implement in Preference a boolean which is for disabling undo. Default value will be false. This option allows GIMP to use less memory. This is handy when editing very large images and will postpone the moment that GIMP will report that it fails to load plugins because it cannot allocate memory.

Temporarily disabling undo will allow users to use GIMP for larger images than is possible now.
