Bug Description
While we encourage libraries to add covers to Open Library, a lot of our materials are either rare enough or not printed books and do not pull covers either from OL or our 3rd party vendor. We would like to see a cover image uploader introduced to the catalog, similar to that found in Open Library.

Thinking especially about things like kits, equipment, and local history rarities with this recommendation since they're unlikely to ever be available on Open Library or as part of a 3rd party enhancement (NoveList, Chilifresh, Content Cafe, etc.). And for systems that rely exclusively on Open Library, the ability to add covers for media (dvds, music cds, audiobooks, etc.) would also be appreciated.
