no 'apply' in login manager module kde

Bug Description

Kubuntu Hardy

If I go to the login manager module in systemsettings and change something, this cannot be saved.
The 'apply' button is grayed out.

Yes, somewhere in kdebase-workspace.

Which leads me to a suggestion: please try to use some reasonable package when reporting a bug. Having the issue reported against any kind of KDE package makes it more likely to be noticed than having it against Ubuntu itself.
