gimp-help for gimp 2.10 missing in Ubuntu 18.10 repository

Bug Description

In Ubuntu 18.10 Ubuntu Software I find GIMP 2.10.6-2 but the in the repository I find gimp-help only for 2.8.2

There is no gimp-help 2.10 version yet released by the Gimp develoeprs:
