[s3] breaks vga16fb after server start

Bug Description

After installing Hoary on a system with S3 Trio64V+ and configuring X I was
unable to see anything on the console.
I never experienced such problem with X11 but then I noticed that the vga16
framebuffer driver is loaded.

I think it is not a good idea to load this driver.
Unless jfbterm is used it does not provide any advantage.
And it breaks, at least in this particular setup.

mdz: looks like he means in setup.

Michal: this happens in the installer, yes?

Is this problem still present in current Dapper?

I do not know where to get Dapper.

This does happen in running Ubuntu, did not notice anything in installer.
