'make clean' removes pingest.pl

Bug Description

pingest.pl is included in the "gen_script" list of scripts installed by default per Open-ILS/src/Makefile.am... but that same list is included in the files deleted by a 'make clean'. The problem is that unlike the rest of the gen_scripts files, pingest.pl is not generated by the configure step, so 'make clean' should not be removing it.
