Bug Description
On my IBM x31 laptop, with Gutsy just installed, gnome-power-manager is totally inconsistent in what it things is the batter charge time:
* The tooltip on the notification icon says:
Computer us running on AC power
Laptop battery 3 hours 15 minutes until charged (10%)
Battery charge time is estimated
* The popup balloon when I click on the batter on the drop down menu says:
Percentage charge: 10%
Charge Time: 55 minutes
So, which one is it ?

On my Dell Inspiron e1505 the pop-up menu, when you put your mouse over top of the battery icon on the taskbar. says I have 1 hour 10 min available battery life, but when I right click the taskbar icon & press Laptop Battery that pop-up says I have 2 hours 20min of batter life available, however both pop ups say my battery is charged to 94% (94% is the max it says even when the battery is fully charged)
