Bug Description

Binary package hint: kaffeine

/usr/lib/kaffeine/install-codecs is not executable by default, so kaffeine cannot install required codecs.

Workaround: "sudo chmod +x /usr/lib/kaffeine/install-codecs"

In kubuntu hardy alpha5 as of 2008-03-05, /usr/lib/kaffeine/install-codecs is executable.
