Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
When using sudo update-manager -c -d on a Gutsy box behind a Proxy, scrollkeeper tries to get some files off the web, never gets them which causes you to ctrl-c it to carry on with the upgrade. Then you get loads of unconfigured packages. The proxy is set in the gnome proxy settings.
This is at 2nd Jan 2007 with Hardy Alpha 2
