Bug Description

I've seen that Evolution 2.12.1 (gutsy) is missing the "evolution print" tab when printing a calendar.
In the past I've used this tab to select a date interval (eg. from jan/1/2007 to dec/31/2007) and a pyge type (daily/weekly/monthly) to print several pages such as a monthly calendar for the whole year.
I don't know why I'm missing this tab now... I'm sure I've used it in Feisty.
