Using NTFS partitions on Ubuntu crashes customized folder icons on Windows XP

Bug Description

I've customized the folder icons on my data partition on Windows XP. When navigating through them on Gutsy, when I go back to Windows the icons sometimes disappear, standing the standard ones.
