Synaptic doesn't play with apt-listchanges

Bug Description

I have apt-listchanges configured to use the pager. When i want to install
something using synaptic it just wouldn't start. I had to open the terminal and
press "Y <enter>" so it would continue.

I think Synaptic should popup a yes/no window when apt-listchanges is used in
pager mode.

apt-listchanges now has a "gtk" mode that synaptic will use when it runs in
"progress-bar-install" mode.
