Bug Description

In the Calamares welcome screen, languages are sorted in the list by their ISO language name (e.g. Russian, Korean, Greek, etc.) but their native language name (e.g. русский, 한국어, ελληνικά, etc.) is displayed. Languages with different localized variants (e.g. Spanish/español) are grouped together. There is one exception to this: American English is always at the top.

I booted x86 thumb-drive and there are 11 entries between "American English" and "British English (United Kingdom)" on x86/i686 installer, I didn't even see "Australian English" (which doesn't worry me anyway [i'm aussie])

ISO used [from cat /..iso.zsync |head` (downloaded yesterday)

Languages with different localized variants (look at Spanish/español) are grouped together. There is one exception to this: American English is always at the top. It seems there is a bit of reluctance in doing so, but it is certainly intentional:

That said, it's certainly not random. The other Englishes are where they belong. It's just American English that's weird. Strange, but not terrible. If you don't need American English, it's not even strange.

Ok, I changed my mind. After some discussion with the developers, there's some ideas on how to resolve this.

Technically, the fix came with 3.2.6, but we moved from 3.2.4 straight to 3.2.7.
