The last sync from Debian (bug 178999) didn't fix the problem:

mruiz@hardy:~/devel/fixes/watch/picard/picard-0.9.0$ uscan --verbose --report
-- Scanning for watchfiles in .
-- Found watchfile in ./debian
-- In debian/watch, processing watchfile line:
   ftp://ftp.musicbrainz.org/pub/musicbrainz/picard/picard-([0-9\.]+).tar.gz
uscan warning: In debian/watch no matching files for watch line
  ftp://ftp.musicbrainz.org/pub/musicbrainz/picard/picard-([0-9\.]+).tar.gz
-- Scan finished

But I fixed it...

mruiz@hardy:~/devel/fixes/watch/picard/picard-0.9.0$ uscan --verbose --report

-- In debian/watch, processing watchfile line:

     picard-0.7.1.tar.gz
     picard-0.7.2.tar.gz

Newest version on remote site is 0.9.0, local version is 0.9.0
