Bug Description

Binary package hint: amarok

I have a daap share from Rhythmbox on my home server. I can access play and copy music files from it to my laptop if I use Rhythmbox again. However, I can't load the artist/song lists when using Amarok. I get an autodetected entry in Amarok for my rhythmbox daap server, but when I click on it, I only get a circling arrow (tell me it's loading i guess). It actually never loads the file list.

I tried on gutsy and hardy, with amarok 1.4.8. The server is running gutsy with rhythmbox 0.11.2

1) Amarok is not tested to support Rhythmbox
2) If you want, you can report this issue upstream (on http://bugs.kde.org) and help make Amarok work with Rhythmbox
3) Please consult the Amarok forums further help.
