[gutsy] Video output scrambled

Bug Description

When I have f-spot open all video in gstreamer is scrambled. The same just happened after I used wine. When I do a test on audio I get the following error message:

Currently I know that the only thing that helps is to reboot

I just found that some wine processes were still running - killing them did restore sound and video.
