Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

From Ubuntu package khelpcenter (http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/kde/khelpcenter)
download khelpcenter, i386 architecture
Takes to Package Download Selection
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/download.pl?arch=i386&file=pool%2Fmain%2Fk%2Fkdebase%2Fkhelpcenter_3.5.8-0ubuntu2_i386.deb&md5sum=905a23d98560b602537006d80f0e35e5&arch=i386&type=main)
most of the North American mirrors produced the error below; those that didn't were mirror sites that would not come up (unaccessible).

For those that gave the error, the sequence follows:
from the first mirror ( mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu ) [as well as the others that generated the error], cli9cking on it =
Open khelpcenter_3.5.8-Oubuntu2_i386.deb with GDebi Package Installer
..."OK".... downloading ... Package Installer ... (finally)
Package: khelpcenter
Status: Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: kdelibs4c2a

searches for this, so far, have drawn a blank...

any suggestions?
 Thankx, KnightWerx

It would be better to install khelpcenter from Adept. If you didn't have the kdelibs4c2a deb, then that's what the correct behavior would be.
