The liveCD should beep when the boot prompt shows out

Bug Description

Blind people can't know when they got to the boot menu, so that they aren't able to select the appropriate accessibility options. The result is that on the internet you can mostly find "howtos" that say "once you got the start music, press alt-f1, then sudo so, then run orca,..." which is quite sad compared to the simplicity of the accessibility boot menu.

The liveCD should hence beep when the boot prompt comes so that blind people know that they can use F5, some arrows and enter.

I believe that gfxboot has the ability to play mod files. However, Colin Watson atempted to get this code working, wth no luck. If and when it is made to work, it will certainly be included.
