k9copy crashes towards end of film

Bug Description
Binary package hint: k9copy
when ripping a dvd to mpeg4 k9copy will not process the entire dvd. example: if the film is 1:31:00 long it stops at 1:01:00.
when setting output directory i choose desktop and i notice that the preview image of the file does not display. only shows film reel...

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running apport-collect 180710 and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
