Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-desktop-environment

upgrade from 7.10 went fine, 1st reboot everything ran fine except "About Ubuntu".
2nd reboot, login screen shows and system appears to log in correctly but desktop never shows completely, just a blank tan screen.
I changed the session to xfce and it loaded without any problem.
rebooted the system and received the same results.

Thanks for your report.

Did you pick the meta-gnome2 package because you found a specific problem with it.

This one appears to have the same symptoms the several other reports have and they affect gnome-keyring

Changed in gnome-keyring:
importance: Undecided → Low
