Bug Description

From 16.04 to 19.04, Lubuntu has shipped the fcitx input method framework, yet it has not included support for Korean, such as found in the fcitx-hangul package. In fact, even in 14.04, which used the iBus input method framework, no Korean support was included.

Further review of the input method packages is necessary, including support of other languages. We are tracking this larger effort here:

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Changed in fcitx (Ubuntu):

* Telugu
fcitx-telugu

In my guess, They would have the same issue with Korean.
