Bug Description
`bzr cvsps-import ...' imports CVS tags as what I'm calling "branch tips" in a "tags" directory, but Bazaar now supports actual tags (which it probably didn't when cvsps-import was written). It would be nice if cvsps-import could make Bazaar tags instead of a "tags" folder. I would even suggest that the "branches" folder could then go away, leaving the structure

module (and maybe, if kept, the subdirs from CVS from module to project)
