Bug Description

In lpuni-final, the i3 channel module fails to load when it should:

Error: *Value being indexed is zero.

This suggests that the router list isn't being initialized properly.

Revision 8 is a small fix to the code to ensure the router list is unique.

Also, deleting /data/daemons/chmodules/i3.o and retrying wouldn't hurt.
