access command does not write to disk when asked

Bug Description
The access command does not write changes to disk when the exit and save option is selected.

Had a look at the file and it seems the flags are the wrong way around.
When 'Save & Exit' is chosen, it should be write_gFile(1) and write_aFile(1).
Similarly with 'Display raw data', it should be write_gFile(0) and write_aFile(0).
