[kde4-gutsy]bug in installation of some application

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kamera-kde4

When installing some KDE4 application packages such as kamera-kde4 I collect bug report such as :
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/kamera-kde4_4%3a3.98.0~svn755919-1ubuntu1~gutsy1~ppa1_amd64.deb: tentative de remplacement de « /usr/lib/kde4/lib/kde4/kio_kamera.so », qui appartient aussi au paquet kde4graphics

Is there any fix to at least be able test KDE4 applications for test before final release

I found the problem : it was due to some kde4 meta packages not compatibles that were installed and had to be removed to install new packages.

Packages/files during the Alpha/Beta releases moved about, that's why the instructions said to remove old packages before installing the new ones.
However, this problem should not occur with the 4.0.0 release and subsequent updates.
