Don't use headerbar for gnome-terminal under Unity (Disco)

Bug Description

Terminal now has a headerbar but unity already uses gtk3-nocsd which draws ssd titebar on top of headerbar and this breaks styles for Ambiance/Radiance. Terminal already has a gsettings key for disabling headerbar. Use that instead.
