Brief Description
VM qemu logs (e.g. /var/log/libvirt/qemu) cannot be found on compute hosts. Only accessible from inside libvirt pod

This is a deficiency relative to the previous release of starlingx. That's why a bug is opened. This shouldn't be considered a new feature.

from my setup(code-base is based on around May 20th). the logs of instances are there.

compute-0:/home/wrsroot# ls /var/log/libvirt/qemu/
instance-00000005.log instance-00000008.log instance-00000011.log instance-00000014.log instance-00000017.log
instance-00000007.log instance-0000000e.log instance-00000013.log instance-00000016.log instance-0000001a.log

could you check it again ?
