Bug Description

The supermirror-pull.py script currently outputs info such as below:

22:59:36 INFO Successfully mirrored to rev <email address hidden>
22:59:36 INFO Mirroring complete

This is not too helpful when looking at logs historically. Can we include the date as well?

This is also the case for the branch-scanner script.

I've had a look at the code, and this would have to change for every single script, not just the puller cron script.

The change itself is quite trivial. Just working on the tests for it now.
