Please remove m68k-vme-tftplilo from Hardy

Bug Description

It should be removed because we don't support m68k arch. It failts to build since dapper (latest records).

Depends on these packages: gcc-m68k-linux [!m68k], binutils-m68k-linux [!m68k]
