While pushing, progress bar has no upload speed indicator

Currently, the progress bar only gives a general idea of how far along a push is, and under general circumstances would be just fine. However, sometimes users aren't quite aware of the speed of their network connection, and bzr really should tell the user at what speed it is transferring files.
