Bug Description
Binary package hint: lybniz
lybniz 1.3.1 fails to start
this is fixed in 1.3.2 http://
debian testing already has 1.3.2 http://
if necessary i can make a patch against 1.3.1 (all that is needed are quotes around the version, so make it a string)
