lybniz crashed with SyntaxError in 1.3.1()

lybniz 1.3.1 fails to start

this is fixed in 1.3.2 http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?group_id=172470&release_id=561607

debian testing already has 1.3.2 http://packages.debian.org/lybniz

if necessary i can make a patch against 1.3.1 (all that is needed are quotes around the version, so make it a string)
