Problem with 'khelpcenter' in Edubuntu 7.04

Bug Description

I've a fresh install of Edubuntu 7.04 (cs localization) with all updates. In app KTurtle (and KSirtet for example too) I couldn't launch the Help Center - message is Couldn't find service 'khelpcenter'. Can you help me ?

I can confirm this with kturtle and hardy.

However it works if you install khelpcenter.

khelpcenter is a dependency of edubuntu-desktop in intrepid and hardy.

Whether it should be a dependency of kdeedu instead is an interesting question.

fix released as khelpcenter is installed by default in hardy and intrepid.
