Second CPU not always used

Bug Description

Hi, I am running boinc 5.10.8 with the Rosetta@Home project on my Athlon 64X2 box (with the 32-bit version of Ubuntu). When it first starts up it correctly runs two rosetta_beta processes to use both CPUs, but sometimes one of them disappears and doesn't come back. I don't know if this is due to the process crashing, but it only ever seems to go from 2->1, not 1->0. If I do 'sudo /etc/init.d/boinc-client restart', I get two processes again.

Thanks.

Steve

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?
