missing icons for konqueror-kde4 dolphin-kde4 etc

Binary package hint: kdebase-kde4

some icons are not put where they are supposed to be. For exemple: dolphin-kde4 doesn't have any icons by default. I checked in the package and I saw that the icons are installed in /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/apps/dolphin/icons instead of /usr/lib/kde4/share/icons/oxygen

this small difference seems to responsible for dolphin but the oxygen icon for konsole-kde4 is missing too, same for systemsetting-kde4 etc
I tried the live CD from kubuntu and in the icons are missing too (just open the menu you will see that some of basic favorites doesn't have any icon.

The screenshot are showing some icons for all the applications in the favorites menu so I thik that is a packaging problem:

I tried the suse live Cd and it doesn't have this problem.
