Hardy: noise in lower right-hand corner of screen

Bug Description

Wierd noise shows up in Hardy alpha 3. It does not show in screen shots and does not always come up on the screen. Sometimes the computer runs for minutes before the noise shows up. I took some pictures with my camera to show what I mean.

I don't know what info to post, so please don't hesitate to make suggestions.

Thanks for your report. What's the brand and model of your video hardware? Do you know what driver you're using for it?

I'm using the fglrx driver, as installed by the Restricted manager.

I'm not getting these symptoms anymore - something seems to have fixed it.
