Typo in character map (Greek)

Bug Description

"I noticed that on the character map the greek letter "λ"(U+03BB) is "lambda" where as "Λ" (U+039B) is "lamda". Is this a mistranslation, or am I missing something in regards to the English translation of greek? I have always assumed that both the capital and lowercase letter have the same name."

Finding the letters: View > By Unicode Block; select Greek and Coptic on the left.

U+03BB GREEK SMALL LETTER LAMDA = lambda (λ)
U+039B GREEK CAPITAL LETTER LAMDA (Λ)

These names come from Unicode.org and I can confirm the error is with the Unicode files,

My understanding is that the correct form is LAMDA.
I believe that in either Unicode 1.x or 2.x, they made a mistake and put LAMBDA. However, being a standard they could not fix the typo in the older codepoint descriptions.

I am changing the status to invalid (the only option to say it's not a bug per se).
