Bug Description

Please decouple the lubuntu-dekstop package from libreoffice, transmission, trojita, quassel, and other software that is not properly part of the desktop environment. There is no reason uninstalling an IRC client or a torrent client should break the package management process.

Affects: lubuntu-desktop 19.04
